Story and Comments.: Wifes first Buck Kill, The buck was emaciated at time of kill and looked sick, that was one of the reasons it was harvested. After kill at Taxidermist it was discovered that the bucks soft palate was separated from his jaw explaining it's low hoof weight. Good decision to harvest this buck, it wouldn't have made it through the winter.
