Story and Comments.: On the last day of Archery season, I saw a small buck run through the woods as if he had been beaten up. My hunch was correct, a few minutes later a larger buck came into view. I grunted twice, and he came closer, his eyes closely searching the woods for the imagined rival buck.At 14 yards he turned broadside, and I sent my spitfire on it's collision course with the master of the hill.
